3. Hello, I'm not sure if you meant "international students", if so, I should tell you that international students are not allowed to work when on F-1 status besides on campus. Even so, you would have to go through your international student adviser to file paper work in order to obtain permission to do so. However, once you graduate from a four year college, you may file OPT (Optional Practical Training) to obtain work related to your field (typically for one year). I hope this helps.
