How to sell clothes and make money?

I want to open up a clothing store where I can sell clothes, I want to buy them for a certain price then sell them for another price like what some stores do like example, I buy a brand new top for $30 and sell it to my customers for $20 or $15. How can I make good money doing this, some people do it an make a lot of money, please help me....
