- Great question here's a star * Everything in the business world , no matter what it is , or where you are in the world has one and only one rule . " Buy low and sell high " !!!!!!!!!!! So , get your mind to working on that scenario . What can you buy , FOR RESALE , that you can turn quickly for a profit ? Go to Swap meets , yard sales , auctions , or where ever you can look for possible items to sell or buy . Ask friends if they have anything that they want to sell or have you sell for them .
- We who? Each? Time scale? My last good profit was a set of china I bought in a charity shop for £4 and sold on ebay a piece at a time- the first plate went for more than I paid for the set. I priced it out that I would have got £104 if I had sold them all at the 'going rate' - but one of the plates had a glazing fault. I was very happy, I kept one of each piece (plate, cup, saucer) and made a handsome profit anyway. But you have to know what people will pay good money for- stick to your age group- what would they pay good money for? and where can you get it cheaply? Could look for GCSE cdroms in the charity shops- they would sell well at school.
